For the Valtorta Real Estate, the commercial space of Via Carlo Alberto 26, in the historic center of Monza, was completed.
The two levels, connected by the beautiful stair, have been upgraded with the intervention of masonry, carpentry and joinery, aimed to improving their aesthetic and functional qualities, while safeguarding the characteristic beamed ceiling and traditional brick floor tiles.
The entrance from Via Carlo Alberto has been renovated with the construction of an iron and glass box, transforming the former showroom into a shop ready to welcome new business.
